This series of illustrations was created with watercolors and features a vibrant eco-cafe run by animals. The cafe incorporates a garden, a patio, hilltop seating, and an indoor bakery and cozy space to share food with friends.

The food offered at the cafe brings together a love of nature, culture, and cooking. The animals, food, landscapes, and other visual aspects are all inspired by the cuisine and nature of the New Mexico bosque (a unique riparian desert and forest environment).
