Abbigail is an illustrator, art historian, artist, and picture book maker creating vibrant narrative illustrations that blend together the worlds of nature, folklore, history, literature, imagination, and everyday life. She works in watercolors and pencil and enjoys creating work that engages curiosity and wonder in the viewer.
Abbigail holds a degree in Art History from Arizona State University and grew up in different regions of the Western U.S. She loves books, plants, animals, food, and small stories about strange and lovely happenings. When not drawing and painting, you can find her listening to books and music, looking for birds, and daydreaming.
